As a Real Estate Professional, it is my job to stay informed on the various Real Estate trends from year to year and to ensure my clients have the most up to date information and strategies to help them make informed decisions regarding buying or selling real estate.

One of the most overlooked strategies over the last 30 years has been the use of retirement plans, IRA, Roth IRA, SEP, 401K and individual 401Ks, to purchase investment real estate.  Your retirement account can purchase and hold real estate just as it does with stocks, bonds and mutual funds and other traditional investments.

Many investors are unaware of this opportunity because traditional stock brokers and financial planners are not able to maintain these types of accounts. Therefore, they do not spend much time and effort explaining how they work. As a real estate professional and investor, I have come to realize how many opportunities I have missed because of information I didn’t have.
